Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only):

    Thank you for shopping at Club Doodlzz! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes size can be an issue, and we offer exchanges for this specific reason. Please read our exchange policy carefully.

    Eligibility for Exchanges:

    We only accept exchanges for size-related issues. Exchanges are not permitted for other reasons, such as damage, defects, or incorrect items (please refer to our Return Policy for these situations).

    Conditions for Exchanges:
    I) To be eligible for an exchange due to size, the following conditions must be met:
    II) Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within 1-4 business days of receiving your parcel.
    III)Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.
    IV) Unused Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    V) Video Proof of Unboxing: Crucially, you must provide a detailed video of yourself opening the product package. This video must clearly show the condition of the product upon opening and must be taken within 1-4 business days of receiving the parcel. This video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
    VI) Size Availability: The desired size must be available in our stock. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

    Exchange Process:

    I) Contact Us: Within 1-4 business days of receiving your parcel, contact us via email at hello@clubdoodlz.com and WhatsApp at +919226565367. Please include your order number, the product you wish to exchange, the size you ordered, and the size you require, and attach the unboxing video.
    II) Review: Our customer service team will review your request and the unboxing video.
    III) Approval: If your exchange is approved and the requested size is available, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
    IV) Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    V) Exchange Shipping: We will ship the exchanged product to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
    VI) Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will ship the exchanged product to the address provided.

    Important Notes:

    I) Exchanges will not be accepted without the required unboxing video.
    II) We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not in its original condition or if the exchange policy is not followed.
    III) We cannot guarantee that the desired size will be available.
    IV) Only one exchange per order is permitted for size issues.
    V) Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process your exchange request.
